At the end of the year we all look back mentally, analyze successes and failures - in a word, summarize the results. This tradition allows the management to update the goals and objectives, adjust the strategy, see the overall picture of the company's life, which is usually hidden behind routine tasks, and employees to evaluate their contribution to the company's success.
We would like to share with you our achievements for 2024, which are undoubtedly the result of joint efforts and support from each of you. This year we became participants of six major international exhibitions and took part in three scientific and practical conferences with international participation of leading specialists in oncology, traumatology, vascular surgery. This not only provides an opportunity to demonstrate the latest innovative developments of our products, but also to receive valuable information from medical experts from around the world.

We have fulfilled our plans in terms of production volumes and sales of marketable products, more than 7,000 units of products have been manufactured and shipped to many countries of the world. Modernization of the company's production complex was one of the strategically important tasks of the outgoing year and was fulfilled by 99 percent. Sixteen units were purchased and put into operation, including five new ultramodern CNC machines, special equipment for laser cutting, pipe cutter, new automatic painting line.

Many employees have undergone additional training and received a high level of training and qualification for work in modern conditions.
The European quality management system implemented since 2007 in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 works and is annually confirmed by audit supervisory bodies. This year we have successfully passed the scheduled supervisory audit in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 under the accreditation of IAS, carried out by the Korean body G-certi (is a member of IAF).
As they say, we know how to work, we know how to rest ... in the outgoing year, the campaign to strengthen team spirit and organize events for active recreation of the team worked firmly.

The past year is about to go down in Medin's history. It was not easy, but as always interesting, fruitful and productive. And it will be replaced by the new year 2025, the anniversary year for our company!
